Submissions
Submissions are handled in the conference portal. Sign in, choose the track and category. A structured abstract is required in the first round; the manuscript is uploaded to the same record.

Register an abstract
By 19 February 2027, create the submission record with title, track, category, keywords and a 250-word structured abstract. Records without a registered abstract cannot receive a manuscript.

Prepare the manuscript
Use the ITADA 2027 LaTeX class or Word template. Anonymise the manuscript, the metadata and the artefact repository; cite your own prior work in the third person.

Upload by 5 March
Page limits exclude references and appendices. Reviewers are not obliged to read appendices, so the paper must stand on its main body alone.

Add artefacts
Code, data and pre-registration documents may be added until 12 March. Artefacts are reviewed by a separate committee against the badging criteria and do not affect the accept/reject decision.

Rebuttal
Reviews are released on 27 April. Authors have seven days to respond in up to 800 words, addressing factual errors and reviewer questions; new results may be cited but not introduced.

Camera-ready
Accepted papers are due in final form on 25 June with a signed CC BY 4.0 licence. One author must register by that date and present in person or online.

- Double-anonymous submission; three reviews and a track-chair meta-review
- ITADA 2027 template, PDF only, 20 MB maximum
- No concurrent submission to another peer-reviewed venue
- Artefact availability statement in every full paper
- Declared use of generative tools in methods or writing
- Conflicts of interest declared at abstract registration
- Desk rejection for over-length or de-anonymised manuscripts
