Fees are in pounds sterling and include VAT. At least one author of each accepted paper must register by 25 June 2027.

What is included

In-person fees cover the workshop day, all sessions, lunches, refreshments and the conference dinner on 6 October. Online fees cover all streamed sessions and twelve months of access to recordings.

Travel bursaries

Twenty bursaries of up to £600 are available to doctoral researchers presenting a first-author paper, prioritising applicants without institutional travel funding. Apply by 9 July 2027.

Fee waivers

Ten full waivers are reserved for delegates from low- and middle-income countries. Waiver decisions are made independently of the review process and are not disclosed to the programme committee.

Cancellation

Full refund less a £35 administrative charge until 15 September 2027; no refunds thereafter, though registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time before the conference opens.

Visa letters

Letters of invitation are issued within three working days of a completed registration. The secretariat cannot advise on visa outcomes; apply at least eight weeks before travel.

Accessibility

All session rooms are step-free and hearing-loop equipped. Live captioning runs on the plenary stream. Tell the secretariat about access requirements by 15 September so we can arrange them.
